about jessica

My name is Jessica.

Mother. Writer. Speaker. Photographer. Coach. Networker. Storyteller. Visionary. Lover of all things coffee.

Over the past 20 years, I have struggled with depression, anxiety, being overweight, multiple health issues and quite frankly, feeling like I had no idea what I was supposed to do in life personally or professionally.

In 2014 I decided I was going to take control of my health because I knew it was a matter of life or death for me. I loved my family too much to give up on myself. I had to make a choice. With the help of supportive friends and family, an amazing nutritional cleansing program, continual personal development and learning to live a healthier lifestyle focusing on ME, everything changed.

Not only did I release over 42lbs and 53 inches, but the passion and love for life I found far surpasses any outward transformation. I am happier, healthier and for the first time in my life comfortable in my own body. Most importantly, I have set an example for my children that I can be proud of and I get to help others find their passion too and that means more to me than anything else. In January 2015, I left my Corporate America job to pursue a life of purpose. It became very clear to me that I was not meant to live in a cubicle and run reports but rather go out and impact as many lives as I could. My passion is to help all people, but especially women, to discover their self-worth and live a life of freedom. As women, we are often far too critical of ourselves and we never step into our purpose for fear of rejection and failure. We struggle with the idea that we are enough. But, believe me, YOU are ENOUGH! This is why I write, speak, coach, photograph and connect women – so we can continue to empower each other to play bigger in this life.

My hope for you today is that you will find this site both to be educational and inspiring. I am honored to share my journey with you and look forward to hearing more about yours.
